Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and we are 100% sure that you will love your Twiin.Co purchases. In the unlikely event you have any issues with your order please use the RETURN PORTAL to submit your request for returns or exchanges.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
- Items must be in saleable condition
- In their original packaging with all tags still intact
- Items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- Please make sure you contact us in 7 days after receiving the item if you wish to exchange it. You would be responsible to cover the cost of shipping
- Non-customized items (standard size styles) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund (without the shipping rate). Please note that after 7 days, we will no longer accept returns.
- All refunds are processed after 10-15 business days of receiving the item back and verifying it's condition. Please note that you're also responsible to cover the cost of shipping, should you wish to return the purchased item.
As you can understand for sanitary reason’s we are unable return or exchange personal products such as Bodysuits
CUSTOM SIZE ITEMS
Customized items can not be returned, since they are tailor made, according to your own measurements. "Customized” means additional design changes have been made to alter the original style of the garment. This includes personal tailoring according to measurements like bust, waist and hips, colour changes and design details like shorter sleeves, shorter hem, etc...However, we if you are not happy with your custom item, in partnership with BastetNoir Brand, we can help you with alterations, so please contact us at email@example.com, if you opt for this option.
All items which are purchased through our website which are marked "final Sale" can not be returned.
If this is the case simply send images of the incorrect/faulty items to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the matter for you urgently.
If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hrs of placing your order, because we are dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly we are unable to cancel the order outside of this time-frame as it may already be on its way to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
